Northwest Division

Forward: Kasper Pohjala, Vernal Oilers

As the Oilers continue to add to their history-making winning streak – now at 33 games – the All-Star selection Pohjala (‘05/Helsinki, Finland) was all over the ice in their two games last weekend. He put up five goals and added eight assists for 13 points in just two games, for an average of 6.5 points per game. He now has 70 points in 22 Premier games and he’s also gone up to the NCDC for three games, registering an assist with the Pueblo Bulls. 

 

Defense: Daniel Radkevich, Seattle Totems

On the blue line, the Totems’ veteran defenseman Radkevich (‘06/Grodino, Belarus) put up a 1-6-7 line as Seattle improved to 25 straight victories, which beat the record coming into this season of 20. 

 

Goaltender: Creedon Dyck, Bellingham Blazers

Dyck (‘04/St. Albert, Alb.) registered a huge victory with 38 saves on 40 shots to defeat the Rogue Valley Royals. A player with NCDC experience, Dyck is now 10-7-0-0 with a .914 save percentage. 

 

Pacific Division 

Forward: Carter Demelo, Ontario Jr. Reign

Demelo (‘04/Port Moody, B.C.) returned to the Jr. Reign this season and has been a strong contributor to the Jr. Reign’s success since last playing in 2022-23. He recently registered nine goals and three assists for 12 points in three games. He has 28 points in 15 games this season and 76 points in 49 games. 

 

Defense: Amir Shakirov, Ontario Jr. Reign

Shakirov (‘04/Kazan, Russia) is another former Jr. Reign player from prior seasons who recently returned. He has a goal and four assists for five points in his first three games back after previously putting 51 points in 76 games between 2022-24. 

 

Goaltender: Jacob Brumm, Henderson Force

The newcomer Brumm (‘07/Las Vegas, Nev.) made 34 saves on 35 shots as the Force defeated the Long Beach Bombers for his fourth win in six starts going back to joining the team in November.

Selection Process: Divisional statistical leaders are presented to coaches, who are able to vote on the leaders, or nominate and vote on alternate candidates.
