Forwards:
Zack Warner-Senee, Worcester Railers JHC
A third-year member of the Railers organization, Warner-Senee (‘06/Leominster, Mass.) was absolutely on fire to kick off 2025. In just six January games, he scored six goals and added nine assists for 15 points for 2.5 points per game. He registered points in every January game, and the first three February games as well. In addition, he was also a member of the New England/Atlantic All-Star team and registered an assist in the two games in Foxboro Jan. 27-28. He has also played up with the Railers’ NCDC team for nine games.
Jaymin Rolfe, Worcester Railers JHC
Rolfe (‘04/Aurora, Colo.) is, like his teammate, a three-year veteran of the Railers. In six games, he sent out nine assists while also scoring a goal of his own for 10 points and a 1.67 points per game average. He also scored a goal in his NCDC debut on Jan. 17 against the Boston Dogs. For the season, Rolfe has 28 points in 22 Premier games.
Egor Sapozhnikov, Boston Jr. Rangers
Sapozhnikov (‘06/Yekaterinburg, Russia) registered seven goals and added eight assists for 15 points in eight games, giving him a 1.88 points per game average for January. This year, he has 22 goals and 40 points in 33 Premier games.

Defense
Nick Zanin, Springfield Pics
Zanin (‘04/West Stockbridge, Mass.) put up six goals and added seven assists from the blue line for 13 points in eight games. With 80 points in 123 Premier games, Zanin is the Pics’ all-time leading scorer among defensemen. For this season, he has a career-best 49 points in 37 games.
Payton Kender, South Shore Kings
Kender (‘04/Brewster, Mass.) has been with the South Shore Kings since Midget hockey and has put together a very strong two-year Premier career, scoring 54 points in 82 games, including a career-high 29 points this year. In January, Kender scored five goals and added six assists for 11 points, an average of 1.38 points per game over eight games.

Goaltender:
Troy Huber, Springfield Pics
Huber (‘04/Framingham, Mass.) won four in a row to end January and added another win to start February. Overall, he has improved to a career-best 15-5-1-1 this year, and this included a 36-saves shutout against the Jr. Rangers on Jan. 25. Overall, he stopped 138 of 146 shots in January for a .945 save percentage.

Selection Process: The division’s coaches are presented with a ballot form with statistical leaders (ranked by points per game average for skaters and save percentage for goaltenders) and vote on that form. The league takes the results of that vote and presents the coaches with the finalists, who are able to vote on further changes if desired.
